Konstitutionelle Hypermobilität

Zusammenfassung

Konstitutionelle Hypermobilität ist eine Normvariante mit überdurchschnittlich großer Beweglichkeit des myoskeletalen Systems. Als Konstitutionsmerkmal wird die schmächtig ausgebildete und in Ruhe hypotone Muskulatur verantwortlich gemacht. In einer Übersicht werden medizinische Bedeutung, Beschwerden, Untersuchung, Behandlung schmerzhafter Zustände und Möglichkeiten ihrer Vorbeugung besprochen.
