Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel der Behandlung der chronischen Blepharitis besteht in der Reduktion der Entzündung mittels thermischer, mechanischer Maßnahmen und immunmodulatorischen, antibiotischen sowie evtl. akariziden Medikamenten bei pathogenetisch relevantem Demodex-Befall.

II a Systematische Übersichtsarbeiten von Studien der Evidenzstufe IIb, IIb prospektive vergleichende Kohortenstudien, IIIa systematische Übersichtsarbeiten von Studien der Evidenzstufe IIIb, IIIb Fall-Kontroll-Studie, IV Fallserien und andere nicht vergleichende Studien. V Assoziationsbeobachtungen, pathophysiologische Überlegungen, deskriptive Darstellungen, Einzelfallberichte, u.
