Bipolar segmental clavicle fracture

Abstract

We present a case of a combined medial and lateral segmental clavicle fracture. Open reduction and internal fixation of both fractures was performed with a return to full activities. Combined medial and lateral fractures of the clavicle are exceptionally rare. The relevant medical literature and treatment of this injury is discussed.
