Begutachtung der Mondbeinnekrose

Zusammenfassung

Die Lunatummalazie ist eine aseptische Knochennekrose, bei der frische und alte Frakturen, verschieden alte Pseudarthrosen sowie perifrakturelle Osteolysen und die Osteosklerose gleichzeitig vorliegen. Versicherungsrechtlich muss der traumatisch bedingte Mondbeintod von einem Überlastungsschaden bzw. einer Erkrankung abgegrenzt werden.
