Zusammenfassung

Kennzeichnend für Kinder mit ADHS ist zumeist ihr hyperaktives, unaufmerksames und impulsives Handeln. Aber auch kognitive Defizite, die sich auf mangelnde exekutive Funktionen zurückführen lassen, gehören zu den Symptomen einer ADHS. Sport kann nachweislich dabei helfen exekutive Funktionen zu verbessern und die Aufmerksamkeit zu steigern.
