RT is increasingly becoming the primary treatment for ONM to prevent radiographic progression and vision loss.6,8,16,17 Previous single-institutional and multi-institutional investigations have reported encouraging radiographic local control (LC), visual acuity (VA), and visual field (VF) outcomes with relatively low toxicity rates.
