Abstract

In the course of our studies on the bark of Cudrania cochinchinensis, we isolated four new prenylated xanthones, named gerontoxanthones E, G, H and I, along with the known xanthone, cudraniaxanthone. The structures of new xanthones were established by spectroscopic and chemical means.
