Among 145 documented cases of germ cell tumours, histopathology was compatible with EST in 52 patients [1,4,40,49,76,77,79,81,87,88], dysgerminoma in 45 [4,8,40,75,80,87], immature teratoma in 24 [4,40,76,82,87,89], whereas mixed elements were revealed in 13 patients [1,40,78,87], respectively. Platinum-bleomycin based chemotherapy was administered in 68 patients.
