Even computerized methods6 have been used to help preoperatively this crucial implant choice but a simple, reproducible and economical solution seems to be needed. Hence, in this retrospective study, the authors searched for a correlation between mastectomy weight and implant volume that could help creating a formula for implant volume decision.
