    Citation Excerpt :

The MacArthur Violence Risk Assessment study indicated that the incidence of violence among treated patients was much less than that among those not taking medication (Monahan et al., 2001). The importance of treatment in reducing the aggressive acts of patients with schizophrenia was also stressed by Torrey (2006). Some methodological issues in this study deserve attention.
