Gastrointestinaltrakt – Pathologie der Frühkarzinome

 

Eine allgemein gültige bzw. genaue Definition des Frühkarzinoms im Gastrointestinaltrakt gibt es nicht. Unter Frühkarzinomen des Gastrointestinaltrakts versteht man jedoch generell Karzinome, die die Mukosa und/oder Submukosa infiltrieren. Die Prognose der Frühkarzinome hängt von verschiedenen Faktoren, wie zum Beispiel dem Risiko der Lymphknotenmetastasierung, ab.
