Die Kolposkopie ist ein Standardverfahren in der differenzialdiagnostischen Abklärung zervikaler Neoplasien. Im Rahmen der Facharztweiterbildung wird sowohl in der alten als auch in der neuen (Muster-)Weiterbildungsordnung die selbständige Durchführung und Dokumentation von mindestens 300 kolposkopischen Untersuchungen gefordert.
