Der Golfsport mit Hüft- und Knietotalendoprothesen

Zusammenfassung
Die Fähigkeit, nach einem endoprothetischen Ersatz von Knie oder Hüfte wieder Golf spielen zu können, wird unterschiedlich bewertet. Die Daten von 16 Patienten mit 22 Hüfttotalendoprothesen (18 m/4w, 12 re/10 li) und von 11 Patienten mit 12 Knietotalendoprothesen (9 m/3w, 6 re/6 li) werden mittels Fragebogenaktion analysiert. Das mittlere Alter der HTP-/KTP-Sportler liegt bei 65,7 (58 - 78)/67,8 (61 - 76) Jahren. Bei den HTP-/KTP-Trägern lag die Operation im Mittel 59 (12 - 226)/39 (12 - 105) Monate zurück. Das beste HCP ein Jahr vor/ein Jahr nach der Operation lag bei den HTP-Trägern bei 15,7 (2-PE)/18,5 (6-PE)/17,7 (4-PE). Entsprechend bei den KTP-Trägern bei 18,4 (6 - 24)/22,1 (8 - 34)/20,3 (8 - 28). Dabei haben 11/7 Sportler mit HTP/KTP das HCP in der Folge der Operation bis zur NU gehalten, bei 7/0 hat sich das HCP verschlechtert und bei 4/5 hat es sich verbessert. 21 HTP-/12 KTP-Patienten hatten weniger Beschwerden beim Golf in dem operierten Gelenk ein Jahr nach dem Ersatz als vor der Operation, 1 Patient mit HTP gab mehr Beschwerden an. Zur NU gaben HTP-/KTP-Patienten keine Schmerzen 13/10, wenig Schmerzen 7/2, starke Schmerzen 2/0 an bzw. Sportunfähigkeit 0/0. Nach gelungener Operation kann einem Golfspieler die Sportausübung nach Ersatz von Hüft- oder Kniegelenk empfohlen werden.
Abstract
Playing golf after THR and TKR is discussed controversially by orthopedic surgeons and Data of 16 patienten recieving 22 THR (18 m/4f, 12 r/10 l) and of 11 patients recieving 12 TKR (9 m/3f, 6 r/6 l) were analysed using a questionaire. The mean age of THR-/TKR-sportsmen was 65,7 (58 - 78)/67,8 (61 - 76) years. In THR-/TKR-patients surgery was done 59 (12 - 226)/39 (12 - 105) month ago. The best handicap (hcp) in their carrier/one yeare before/one year after surgery was in THR 15,7 (2 - 36)/18,5 (6 - 36)/17,7 (4 - 36), in TKR 18,4 (6 - 24)/22,1 (8 - 34)/20,3 (8 - 28). 11/7 sportsmen with THR/TKR could preserve the level of hcp following surgery, in 7/0 hcp became worse and in 4/5 hcp was even better. Patients with 21 THR and 12 TKR had less pain while playing golf in the operated joint one year after compared to one year before surgery, 1 patient with THR suffered more pain. During follow-up 13 THR/10 TKR reported of no problems playing golf, 7 THR/2 TKR had moderate pain, 2 THR/0 TKR had severe pain, no patients was unable playing golf following the joint replacement. Golf can be recommended as sporting activity after successful THR and TKR.
