Aims and objectives
In late years a tablet terminal including iPad is released and it develops as an apparatus turning into a PC and spreads.
Use in an operating room and the bedside is reported,
and,
in the healthcare setting,
there are many hospitals fixing the use environment in tablet terminal in the superior tablet terminal of the portability[1-6].
In addition,
using a characteristic to be superior in portability,
the teleradiology system,
which can help the treatment judgment in emergency room,
is required.

Methods and materials
10 doctors of radiologists,
brain surgeones and the neurologists independently assessed brain MRI on a gray-scale standard display functionLCD medical high-definition monitor (LCD monitor)and an iPad air in random order over 2-month intervals.LCD monitor,

Results
The A(z) values for gray-scale standard display function LCD and iPad were,
0.9311(95% CI: 0.9131-0.9491) and 0.9431(95% CI: 0.927-0.9593),respectively(Fig.
1,

2).
The difference among the three monitors was very small.
DeLong's test for two correlated ROC curves was poffomed (Z = 1.5846,p-value = 0.113)(Fig.
3).
There was no significant difference between gray-scale standard display function LCD and iPad air.
The McNemar’s testindicated that iPad air had higher specificity and no differecnce of sensitivity in the diagnosis of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disordersabout MRI (Table 2).
Conclusion
Observer performance for detectingacute ischemic cerebrovascular disorders on an iPad air was found to be similar to the LCD with gray-scale standard display functioncalibration.
Diagnosis of acuteacute ischemic cerebrovascular disordersin iPad air and LCD monitor,
not a significant difference.
Diagnosis ofacute ischemic cerebrovascular disorders,
diagnosis in iPad air and LCD monitor was able to perform with high accuracy.
And other diseases,
for diagnostic accuracy in iPad air in other modalities,
it is considered necessary to consider a further.
