초록

이 연구는 한글로 번안한 아동 건강 평가 질문지(Childhood Health Assessment Questionnaire: CHAQ)를 뇌성마비 학생을 대상으로 평가하고 CHAQ에 대한 심리측정학적 특성에 대한 기초 자료를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 표준 번안 과정에 따라 CHAQ를 한글로 번안하고, 6~16세 뇌성마비 학생 72명을 대상으로 CHAQ, 대동작 기능 분류 체계, 대동작 기능을 측정하였다. CHAQ 응답 자료를 분석하여, 각 하위 영역의 적용할 수 없음으로 평가한 비율, 천정 효과와 바닥 효과가 나타난 비율을 제시하였다. 문항내적합치도를 통해 신뢰도를 알아본 결과, 옷 입기와 몸단장하기의 α = .887, 먹기의 α = .880을 제외하고 모든 하위 영역에서 .90 이상 인 것으로 나타나, CHAQ의 신뢰도는 받아들일 수 있는 수준으로 나타났다. 대동작 기능 분류 체계 및 대동작 기능과의 상관은 통증의 시각 유추 척도를 제외하고 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 높은 수준의 문항내적합치도와 대동작 기능과의 유의한 상관이 나타난 결과를 통해 한글로 번안한 CHAQ는 뇌성마비 학생의 건강 상태 평가에 유용할 수 있음을 제시하였다. 한글로 번안한 CHAQ의 국내 적용을 위해서 앞으로의 연구에서는 다양한 측면의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 밝히는 것이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
