    For this reason, distinguishing nonpigmented ciliary epithelium adenocarcinomas and adenomas may not be clinically significant. Reported treatments have included enucleation and local excision with adjuvant charged particle radiotherapy for residual disease (3–5). In this case, we report on the use of the minimally invasive technique to biopsy and palladium-103 (103Pd) plaque brachytherapy to treat a primary adenocarcinoma of the ciliary body epithelium (6, 7).
