Lidocainhaltiger Hyaluronfiller auf CPM®-Basis zur Lippenaugmentation

Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Die Lippenaugmentation mit Hyaluronfillern ist etabliert. Als monophasisch polydensifiziertes Hyaluronprodukt mit unterschiedlichen Dichtezonen eignet sich CPM-HAL1 für die Konturierung und CPM-HAL2 zur besonders natürlichen Volumengebung.

Fragestellung

Er erfolgt die Beurteilung von Anwendung und kosmetischem Ergebnis der Lippenaugmentation mit den lidocainhaltigen Hyaluronfillern CPM-HAL1 und CPM-HAL2.

Material und Methoden

Dokumentiert wurden Daten von Patienten, die sich einer Lippenkorrektur durch CPM-HAL1 und/oder CPM-HAL2 mit dem Ziel mehr Volumen und/oder mehr Kontur unterzogen haben. Die Beobachtungsdauer betrug 4 Monate. Erhoben wurden Natürlichkeit und Gleichmäßigkeit des kosmetischen Ergebnisses, Handhabung, Fließfähigkeit, Verteilbarkeit, Modellierbarkeit, Verträglichkeit, Patientenzufriedenheit und Schmerzintensität.

Ergebnisse

Insgesamt nahmen 146 Patienten aus 21 deutschen Zentren teil. Natürlichkeit und Gleichmäßigkeit des kosmetischen Ergebnisses wurden von den Ärzten zu > 95 % mit gut bis sehr gut bewertet. Handhabung, Fließfähigkeit, Verteilbarkeit und Modellierbarkeit beider Filler wurden zu > 91 % mit gut bis sehr gut bewertet. Über 93 % der Patienten waren mit dem Produkt sehr bzw. äußerst zufrieden. Bei 125 Patienten (85,6 %) wurden transiente injektionsbedingte Nebenwirkungen dokumentiert. Das Schmerzempfinden auf der Schmerzskala (0–10) war während der Injektion gering und ließ innerhalb von 30 min deutlich nach.

Diskussion

Die Lippenkorrektur mit den Hyaluronfillern führte zu einem nachhaltigen kosmetischen Ergebnis. Die Behandlung war für die Patienten durch den Lidocainzusatz nur mit geringen, vorübergehenden Schmerzen verbunden. Entsprechend hoch war der Grad der Patientenzufriedenheit, der über die gesamte Beobachtungsdauer anhielt.
