With the significant increase in the prevalence of obesity, more patients who are the carriers of complex comorbidities are undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a chronic autoimmune disorder, with a worldwide prevalence of 40 to 180 per million people [
