Zusammenfassung

Im Vordergrund der dermatoskopischen Tumorarchitektur steht die Neovaskularisation. Polymorphe, ektatische, netz- oder strahlenkranzartig angeordnete Gefäße wachsen unkoordiniert und überschreiten anatomisch vorgegebene Strukturen des Papillarkörpers, oft umgeben von hämorrhagischen Plaques. Für einige Tumore sind unterschiedlich große rote bis livide Schollen typisch.
