Mammakarzinom in der Schwangerschaft

Zusammenfassung

Ein Mammakarzinom tritt bei etwa 1% in der Schwangerschaft auf. Aufgrund der Seltenheit und der besonderen Umstände stammen die meisten Daten aus Fallserien und Kohortenstudien. Die Frauen sollen und können so nah wie möglich am Standard für junge nichtschwangere Mammakarzinompatientinnen behandelt werden. Alle Patientinnen mit Mammakarzinom in der Schwangerschaft sollten der GBG(German Breast Group)-Registerstudie gemeldet werden (http://www.germanbreastgroup.de/pregnancy).
