Testicular cancer comprises 5% of all urological malignancy and 90 to 95% of these originates from germ cells [
1]. Risk factors for the development of testicular cancer are cryptorchidism, family history of testicular cancer in first degree relatives, presence of contralateral testicular cancer, intratubular germ cell neoplasia, and intersex. Seminoma is most encountered pathology in undescended testis. Here we discuss the management of large seminoma, which was arising from undescended testis, located in the right groin region. …
