11. Mehrlingsschwangerschaften und Dopplersonographie

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird die Anwendung der Dopplersonographie bei Mehrlingsschwangerschaften erläutert. Zuerst werden die Formen der Zwillingsschwangerschaften dargestellt, danach die spezifische Komplikationen monochorialer Schwangerschaften. Dazu zählen die Besonderheiten bei singulärem intrauterinem Fruchttod (sIUFT), bei feto-fetalem Transfusionssyndrom (FFTS), Twin Anemia Polycythemia Sequence (TAPS) und Twin Reversed Arterial Perfusion (TRAP). Abschließend werden selektive fetale Wachstumsrestriktionen (sFGR) und die besonderen Aspekte bei monoamnioten Zwillingsschwangerschaften erläutert.
