Mature cystic teratoma also known as dermoid cyst develops from the pleuripotent stem cells; hence, it contains derivatives of all the three germ layers. These tumours commonly occur in childhood and adolescents and gonads being the common site [

2]. These tumours also occur in some extragonadal sites like cranial cavity, mediastinum, reteroperitoneum, nasopharynx and upper jaw [
2]. Mesenteric teratomas are extremely rare, and so far, only 23 such cases have been reported in the literature [
