Zusammenfassung

Ähnlich wie in der Chirurgie bei Erwachsenen haben sich auch in der Kinderchirurgie minimalinvasive Verfahren bei unterschiedlichsten Indikationen bewährt und entsprechende konventionelle chirurgische Verfahren mit offenen Zugangswegen teilweise ersetzt. Dies gilt nicht nur für die Laparoskopie bei bauchchirurgischen Eingriffen, sondern auch für thorakoskopische Verfahren. Das Behandlungsspektrum der Kinderchirurgie umfasst alle angeborenen wie auch erworbenen Erkrankungen des heranwachsenden Organismus vom Neugeborenen bis zum Jugendlichen und entsprechend vielfältig sind auch die Indikationen, die sich für minimalinvasive chirurgische Eingriffe eignen. Bei Durchsicht der Literatur wurde bisher annähernd jede kinderchirurgische Operation über minimalinvasive Zugangswege vorgenommen. Selbstverständlich darf nicht jedes grundsätzlich durchführbare minimalinvasive Verfahren unkritisch als geeignet angesehen werden, erprobte und bewährte offene konventionelle kinderchirurgische Techniken zu ersetzen.

S3-Leitlinie „Diagnostik und Therapie des Karpaltunnelsyndroms“

Prof. Dr. med. Gregor Antoniadis Das Karpaltunnelsyndrom ist die häufigste Kompressionsneuropathie peripherer Nerven. Obwohl die Anamnese mit dem nächtlichen Einschlafen der Hand (Brachialgia parästhetica nocturna) sehr typisch ist, ist eine klinisch-neurologische Untersuchung und Elektroneurografie in manchen Fällen auch eine Neurosonografie erforderlich. Im Anfangsstadium sind konservative Maßnahmen (Handgelenksschiene, Ergotherapie) empfehlenswert. Bei nicht Ansprechen der konservativen Therapie oder Auftreten von neurologischen Ausfällen ist eine Dekompression des N. medianus am Karpaltunnel indiziert.
