Mirtazapin bei Hyperemesis gravidarum

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine 29-jährige Patientin in der 21. Schwangerschaftswoche mit therapierefraktärem Erbrechen berichtet. Ein Therapieversuch mit der i.v.-Gabe von 30 mg Mirtazapin/Tag führte innerhalb von 48 h zum Sistieren von Übelkeit und Erbrechen. Pathophysiologische und therapeutische Implikationen des Falls werden diskutiert.
