Zusammenfassung

Die behandlungsbedürftige Mischharninkontinenz mit unwillkürlichem Urinverlust bei Husten, Niesen, körperlicher Aktivität und bei Harndrang stellt eine große Herausforderung für Gynäkologen und Urologen dar. Während die belastungsbedingte Harninkontinenz eine Domäne der operativen Therapie darstellt, wird die drangbedingte Harninkontinenz eher medikamentös behandelt.
