Zusammenfassung

Inzwischen kann auch eine Mitralklappeninsuffizienz katheterinterventionell behandelt werden. Dabei wird die Klappe nicht ersetzt, sondern repariert. Welche Verfahren haben sich in der Praxis bereits bewährt? Für welche Patienten sind sie eine mögliche Therapieoption?
