Multimodale Psychotherapie der dissozialen Persönlichkeitsstörung: aktuelle Konzepte in der Straftäterbehandlung

Zusammenfassung

Die häufige Gleichsetzung der dissozialen Persönlichkeitsstörung mit gewohnheitsmäßiger Kriminalität hat dazu geführt, dass nach wie vor ein therapeutischer Pessimismus vorherrscht und eine Ambivalenz gegenüber therapeutischen Erfolgsaussichten. Inzwischen finden sich jedoch zunehmend Hinweise, dass sich dissoziale Persönlichkeiten durchaus erfolgreich behandeln lassen. Metaanalysen zeigen, dass erfolgreiche Behandlungsprogramme thematisch nach Therapieschwerpunkten modularisiert und damit hoch strukturiert sind. Weiter ließ sich wiederholt ein Therapieoptimismus der Therapeuten als zusätzlicher Wirkfaktor nachweisen, der zugleich erhebliche positive Wirkungen auf eine günstige Therapeut-Patient-Beziehung impliziert. In dieser Arbeit werden die wichtigsten Forschungsergebnisse der vergangenen Jahre zusammengefasst und diskutiert. Dazu werden wir im Detail auch auf die heute als wirksam und damit als wesentlich anzusehenden Behandlungsmodule eingehen.
