Zusammenfassung

Der okzipitozervikale Übergang umfasst die Okziputkondylen, den Altas sowie den Axis. Die radiologische Evaluierung dieser Region wird unterstützt durch kraniometrische Messverfahren, welche auf bestimmten anatomischen Regionen basieren. Die häufigsten Pathologien des okzipitozervikalen Übergangs umfassen traumatische Verletzungen, angeborene Anomalien, Normvarianten, Infektionen, Arthropathie oder Tumoren. Im Folgenden soll dieser Übersichtsartikel helfen, sich wiederum mit der Anatomie des okzipitozervikalen Übergangs und mit den kraniometrischen Messverfahren vertraut zu machen und die häufigsten Pathologien dieser Region kennenzulernen bzw. von Normvarianten zu differenzieren.
