A single-centre, retrospective study of 10 patients described a patient [age and sex not stated], who developed diarrhoea during treatment with mycophenolate mofetil following liver transplantation. The patient had undergone liver transplantation. The patient's immunosuppressant drug therapy was switched from tacrolimus to mycophenolate mofetil [route and dosage not stated]. The patient was weaned-off unspecified steroids. The patient developed mycophenolate mofetil-associated diarrhoea [duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated].
