Nävus mit schwerer Dysplasie, atypischer Nävus Spitz oder Melanoma in situ?

Zusammenfassung

Vorstellig wurde eine 31-jährige Patientin mit neuem, rasch wachsendem pigmentiertem Hauttumor am linken Oberschenkel. Vor Jahren war bereits ein superfiziell spreitendes Melanom (SSM) mit einer Tumordicke von 0,45 mm, Level II, am linken Oberschenkel entfernt worden. Dermatoskopisch zeigte sich ein asymmetrisch pigmentierter Tumor mit unterschiedlich breiten Stegen und irregulären Pseudopodien, der sich histologisch als melanozytärer Nävus mit schwerer Dysplasie herausstellte.
