Zusammenfassung

Nah-Infrarot-Lasertherapie (NIRLT) als transkranielle Lasertherapie (TLT) wird gegenwärtig als neuroreparativer/neuroprotektiver Therapieansatz bei Patienten mit akutem Schlaganfall in einer Phase-III-Studie (NEST-3) evaluiert. In dieser Übersicht stellen wir den theoretischen Hintergrund, experimentelle Studien, translationale Forschung und das klinische Studienprogramm dar.
