Neue Entwicklungen in der Psychotherapie schizophrener Psychosen

Zusammenfassung

Psychotherapeutische Interventionen aus dem Spektrum der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie haben ihre Wirksamkeit zur Symptomreduktion und Rückfallverhütung belegt und werden von evidenzbasierten Leitlinien für die Routinebehandlung empfohlen. Eine Fülle von randomisierten klinischen Studien sowie von Studien zu potenziellen Wirkprinzipien kennzeichnet dieses aktive Forschungsfeld. In diesem Beitrag werden wesentliche neue Entwicklungsperspektiven vorgestellt und diskutiert. Von besonderer Bedeutung sind in diesem Zusammenhang die Therapiestrategien zur Reduktion von positiven und negativen Symptomen. Hier werden der Stand der Wirksamkeitsforschung zusammengefasst, die wesentlichen Therapieprinzipien dargelegt und aktuelle Forschungsthemen beschrieben.
