Neue US-Leitlinien zur Behandlung der aneurysmalen Subarachnoidalblutung

Zusammenfassung

Anfang dieses Jahres hat eine US-Expertenkommission neue Leitlinien zum Management der aneurysmalen Subarachnoidalblutung (aSAB) herausgegeben. Gewichtet nach dem Grad der Evidenz, wurden Zusammenfassungen und Empfehlungen aufgestellt zu den Bereichen Prävention, Verlauf und Outcome, Manifestation und Diagnose, Akutbehandlung, medikamentöse Maßnahmen gegen Reblutungen, operative und endovaskuläre Aneurysmaversorgung und assoziierte anästhesiologische Besonderheiten, Aspekte der Klinik- und Versorgungssysteme sowie Management der Komplikationen Vasospasmen/Hydrozephalus/Anfälle und Hyponatriämie. Diese sollen hier gekürzt wiedergegeben, kommentiert und mit den aktuellen Empfehlungen der deutschen Gesellschaft für Neurologie verglichen werden.
