Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Neue Daten bzw. Leitlinien in der Endokrinologie werden dargestellt und diskutiert.

Themenbereiche

Insbesondere die Diagnosestellung und Therapie der subklinischen/latenten Hypothyreose, Neuigkeiten zum Thema Schilddrüse und Schwangerschaft, Empfehlungen zur Abklärung von Schilddrüsenknoten, eine neue Leitlinie zum Inzidentalom der Nebennieren, eine neue Leitlinie zur Diagnostik und Therapie des primären Hyperaldosteronismus, eine neue Leitlinie zur Behandlung der Nebennierenrindeninsuffizienz, neue Medikamente zur Behandlung der Osteoporose und Empfehlungen zur Prophylaxe von Kiefernekrosen durch Bisphosphonate und Denosumab werden abgehandelt.

Empfehlungen für die Praxis

Zu all den oben genannten Themenbereichen wurden jeweils Empfehlungen für die Praxis formuliert.
