To the Editor: An 8-mo-old boy with no significant personal medical history, was transferred from a regional hospital for persistent fever for the last six days which was resistant to antibiotics. On detailed history, it was learned that he was fed raw ewe’s milk one day before the beginning of the symptoms. Neurological examination revealed agitation, somnolence, intermittent whining and limb hyper tonicity. He had a significant biological inflammatory syndrome. …
