Recently, hydrogel spacers have become available worldwide for prostate cancer to minimize adverse events from external beam therapy [1]. A frequently experienced issue involves insufficient separation distance with the spacer at the level of the prostate apex than that of the middle and base [2]. Transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) has been reported to be useful for surgical navigation and diagnosis of prostate cancer [3]. Erhöhte Suizidrate unter US-Ärztinnen

Während der Arztberuf Männer eher vor Suizid schützt, erhöht er das Risiko bei Frauen – zumindest in den USA: Die Suizidinzidenz unter Ärztinnen ist um die Hälfte höher als unter Frauen mit anderen Berufen. Männliche Ärzte töten sich dennoch wesentlich häufiger selbst als weibliche.
