22. Nicht-dystrophe Myotonien

Zusammenfassung

Von den dystrophen Myotonien (DM 1 und DM 2) sind die reinen, nicht-dystrophen Myotonien abzugrenzen, die in diesem Kapitel zusammengefasst sind. Es handelt sich um seltene hereditäre Erkrankungen des muskulären Chlorid- oder Natriumkanals. Eine ältere Bezeichnung lautet Myotonia congenita (MC). Die nicht-dystrophen Myotonien sind klinisch durch eine Störung der Erschlaffung des Muskels (Myotonie) oder der Muskelkontraktion mit daraus resultierender transienter Schwäche gekennzeichnet.
