Zusammenfassung

Die kardiopulmonale Reanimation einer schwangeren Patientin stellt in der prähospitalen Notfallmedizin eine Rarität und für das Rettungsteam eine außerordentliche Herausforderung dar. Neben der Modifikation notfallmedizinischer Maßnahmen bei schwangerschaftsbedingten physiologischen Veränderungen sind auch spezielle reversible Ursachen zu bedenken und psychosoziale Schwierigkeiten zu managen. Der vorliegende Beitrag hat zum Ziel, ein standardisiertes Vorgehen für diese speziellen Situationen darzustellen. Grundzüge des Crew Resource Management (CRM) sind für das Rettungsteam besonders hilfreich und werden im Folgenden erwähnt.
