Zusammenfassung

Chirurgische Kompetenz entsteht aus einer Kombination aus theoretischem Wissen, technischen Fähigkeiten, Entscheidungsfreude, Kommunikationsstärke und guter Führungsqualität. Sämtliche dieser Fertigkeiten sind Puzzlesteine, die für den chirurgischen Auszubildenden von größter Bedeutung sind. Wie also sollte ein chirurgisches Weiterbildungskonzept idealerweise aussehen, das solche Kenntnisse vermittelt?
