Zusammenfassung

Insbesondere in den letzten zehn Jahren gab es in der Urologie eine exponentielle Zunahme robotisch assistierter Operationen. Die Weiterentwicklung der minimalinvasiven Chirurgie fordert ein Überdenken der etablierten Ausbildungsparadigmen aus dem Bereich der offenen Chirurgie. An einer gut strukturierten Klinik mit entsprechender Fallzahl sollte die robotische Ausbildung dabei niemals zulasten der Ergebnisqualität gehen.
