Vestibular symptoms like vertigo may co-exist or replace headache [
1] in patients of vestibular. Migraine (VM) as pathophysiological mechanisms like cortical spreading depression, trigeminal. neurogenic inflammation, channelopathies or vasospasm of internal auditory artery can affect both central brainstem nuclei as well as peripheral vestibular systems. Vertigo may occur after cessation of headaches in cases of epigone migraine vertigo [
1] (EMV). Orgasmic vertigo may occur due to different causes. In a perimenopausal female decreased levels of oxytocin and estrogen, which oterwise have anti-nociceptive effect [
2] in migraine, may play a role in orgasmic vertigo in cases of VM. …
