Im Juni 2018 wurde uns ein 1982 geborener männlicher Patient in die lipidologische Sprechstunde zugewiesen. Seit der Kindheit war eine Triglyzeriderhöhung bekannt. Bereits in jungen Jahren waren wiederholte Krankenhausaufenthalte wegen akuter Pankreatitiden notwendig. Der letzte Krankenhausaufenthalt lag 2 Jahre zurück. Der Patient ist minderbegabt, ein Schulabschluss war ihm nicht möglich. Bei Erstvorstellung berichtete er über eine dauerhafte Schmerzmedikation aufgrund von Bauchschmerzen. Trotz dieser Medikation träten Bauchschmerzattacken ca. dreimal in der Woche auf. Auch der Notarzt müsse regelmäßig bestellt werden. Seit vier Monaten werde Fenofibrat eingenommen. …
