We present a case of parasitic ovarian dermoid tumor of the omentum stuck to anterior abdominal wall managed laproscopically. The teratoma of the omentum is rare and only 30 cases have been reported internationally [1]. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first incidence in which teratoma was found stuck to anterior abdominal wall and not in the pouch of Douglas or in abdomen which are the usual locations. …
