Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel umfasst ein breites Spektrum von Operationstechniken zur Behandlung des patellofemoralen Kompartiments. Reichlich bebilderte Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitungen für folgende Operationstechniken beinhaltet diese Kapitel: Rekonstruktion des medialen patellofemoralen Ligaments, Naht und Refixation des medialen Retinakulums, Trochleaplastik, laterales Release, laterale Retinakulumverlängerung, laterale Patella-Facetektomie und unterschiedliche Varianten des Tuberositastransfers (Elmslie-Trillat, Maquet, Fulkerson).
