Patellanavigation bei computerassistierter Knie-TEP-Implantation

Zusammenfassung

Einleitung

Die Dyskinesie der Patella stellt ein relevantes Problem nach primärer Knietotalendoprothetik dar. Die Patellanavigation ermöglicht die Darstellung der Patellakinematik intraoperativ in Echtzeit bei dynamischer Untersuchung.

Material

In dem Videobeitrag wird die Technik der Patellanavigation bei der Knietotalendoprothetik demonstriert und eine mögliche Konsequenz der Messung dargestellt. Im berichteten Fall zeigt sich nach Implantation ein vermehrter lateraler Tilt nach Implantation der Knietotalendoprothese. Durch eine laterale Retinakulumerweiterungsplastik kann der vermehrte Tilt reduziert werden.

Schlussfolgerung

In ausgewählten Fällen ist die Patellanavigation geeignet, die Kinematik der Patella intraoperativ vor und nach Prothesenimplantation zu messen. Intraoperativ können dann noch Modifikationen der Implantatpositionierung oder ergänzende Weichteileingriffe eine patellofemorale Dyskinesie verhindern.
