Periphere Instabilitäten bei Läsionen des vorderen Kreuzbandes: Strategie bei chronischer medialer Instabilität

Zusammenfassung

Kombinierte Verletzungen des vorderen Kreuzbandes (VKB) und des medialen Kapselbandapparates sind häufig und führen zu einer veränderten Kinematik des Kniegelenks. Zur Behandlung stehen grundsätzlich konservative und operative Verfahren zur Auswahl, welche aber auch kombiniert zur Anwendung kommen können. Symptomatische, chronische mediale Kniegelenksinstabilitäten werden operativ behandelt. Dabei stehen verschiedene Rekonstruktionstechniken zur Verfügung. Die Behandlung dieser Verletzungen setzt eine Kenntnis der komplexen anatomischen und biomechanischen Zusammenhänge voraus. Dieser Artikel soll helfen, im Fall einer vorderen und medialen Knieinstabilität zufriedenstellende Behandlungsergebnisse zu erzielen und bietet eine Darstellung der derzeit gängigen operativen Methoden.
