Physikalisch bedingte Dermatosen als Mimikry rheumatischer Erkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Die Haut ist als Grenzorgan zur Umwelt vielfältigen physikalischen Einflussfaktoren ausgesetzt und muss auf diese dynamisch reagieren. In der folgenden Übersicht werden solche Reaktionen mit Berücksichtigung von für den Rheumatologen relevanten Differenzialdiagnosen dargestellt. Im Einzelnen werden umschriebene Hautpigmentierungen und Hyperkeratosen, aber auch Reaktionsmuster auf Kälte ohne/mit Feuchtigkeit und Blitzschlag vorgestellt. Die physikalisch bedingten Dermatosen bedürfen in der Regel keiner aufwendigen Labordiagnostik oder bildgebender Verfahren. Die Kenntnis derartiger Erkrankungsbilder erspart dem Patienten eine Überdiagnostik und ggf. eine Übertherapie.
