19. Prädiktiver Ultraschall für Präeklampsie und intrauterine Wachstumsrestriktion im II. und III. Trimester

Zusammenfassung

Die Dopplersonografie der Aa. uterinae im II. Trimenon, mit besseren Detektionsraten als im I. Trimenon, kann grundsätzlich Fälle mit Präeklampsie und IUGR vorhersagen, ist jedoch aufgrund ihrer geringen Sensitivität nicht als zukünftige Screeningmethode geeignet. Eine frühzeitige Risikostratifizierung basierend auf maternalen Risikofaktoren und zusätzlichen biochemischen Serummarkern hat zukünftig das Potenzial, Schwangere mit einem erhöhten Risiko und behandelbaren Risikofaktoren für Präeklampsie zu identifizieren, um sie frühzeitig einer personalisierten Therapie und intensiveren Überwachung der Schwangerschaft zuzuführen.
