Zusammenfassung

Der Diabetes mellitus Typ 2 ist für eine wirksame Prävention geradezu prädestiniert: Geeignete Lebensstilmaßnahmen können nachweislich helfen, einer Störung des Glukosestoffwechsels und der Entwicklung der Stoffwechselerkrankung entgegenzuwirken - eine Chance, die man sich insbesondere bei der Betreuung von Risikopatienten nicht entgehen lassen sollte.
